Baptism is a public declaration that you have decided to follow Jesus. If you feel a nudge to be baptized, go with it. Rarely would someone want to be baptized just because it’s “fun.” However, if you’re shipwrecked in the middle of the ocean, I’d recommend waiting until you get back to land. (That’s just a personal opinion)
